Entry-Level or Experienced Installer - Venetian Plaster / Microcement / Decorative Finishes

Job Description:

Venetian Works is hiring dedicated installers (entry-level or experienced) to join our high-end decorative finishes team. We specialize in Venetian plaster, microcement, tadelakt, Lime Wash and innovative wall/floor systems for luxury spaces.

Insert City, State - e.g., Brooklyn, NY

_Work at high-end residential/commercial sites throughout Region _

Job Type:

Full-Time

Monday-Friday (occasional weekend opportunities)

Compensation:

Entry Level: $22-$30/hr
Experienced Installers: $35-$50/hr (based on experience & skill)

Responsibilities:

Apply Venetian plaster, microcement, and other finishes to walls, floors, bathrooms, etc.
Assist with surface preparation, masking, sanding, and cleanup
Mix materials and pigments accurately
Follow directions from lead installers and site foremen
Maintain a clean and professional worksite
Be punctual and reliable

Qualifications:

No experience required for entry-level roles (we will train)
Experience with trowel-based finishes a plus
Comfortable with hand tools, ladders, masking, etc.
Strong work ethic, good attitude, and attention to detail
Reliable transportation to job sites
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
