Acara Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles with our client located in Fort Collins CO

Temp to hire opportunity

$40-$60/hr. payrate DOE 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business objectives. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for Engineering, technical, professional, and executive-level positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Coach and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and best hiring practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership to improve hiring processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and labor market conditions.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years minimum experience of full-cycle recruitment in corporate or agency environments.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
