Job Summary:

As a Shuttle Dispatcher, you will create and Experience of a Lifetime for our guests by providing local expertise and guidance for our shared shuttle buses, private cars and charter vans using our reservation system. You will be expected to understand our services and products so that you can coordinate & book the guests’ travel needs. 

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.23/hr  

  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026  

  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available  

  • Housing Availability: Yes  

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones in a polite, professional and timely manner 

  • Create and update reservations for our Shared Shuttles, Private cars and Charter Vans  

  • Understand Products and Services so you can effectively provide guests options that will meet their transportation needs 

  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with both guests and coworkers in a high paced and busy atmosphere 

  • Interface with internal departments including dispatch, operations and Group Sales Representatives.

  • Manage Time and Labor (Payroll) for Transportation department

  • Manage and oversee driver qualification files of commercial drivers as required by the DOT/FMCSA

  • Support the transportation and parking departments with administrative functions which include but are not limited to:
  • Purchasing
  • Employee events
  • Scheduling and logistics
  • Employee communication
  • Prepare weekly safety meetings
  • Prepare daily reports on department performance and analytics 
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Job Requirements: 

  • We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary 
  • Desire to learn and grow 

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English 

 

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.23/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
