• Shift:   Full Time, Third Shift with start time of 9:00pm

• Hourly Pay Rate:  $27.04

Position Responsibilities:  

• L ead activities in partnership with manufacturing, maintenance, quality and warehouse teams (i.e., team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, visual controls, status-at-a-glance boards, etc.) based on direction from department managers/supervisors  
• Work with Supervisors and Blenders to ensure appropriate rotation and scheduling of batches to minimize production impact  
• Learn how to use Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in a manufacturing environment  
• Assist with process improvements for Making, Packing and Shipping , i.e., remove waste from the system and improve efficiencies  
• Perform standard testing of analytical equipment to provide input on accuracy, downtime issues, and offer solutions  
• Conduct G emba walk and manufacturing safety audits with department managers and supervisors  
• Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications:

Required  Education and Experience:  

• H igh S chool Diploma or G eneral E ducation D iploma and 1 plus years of general work experience
