We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and reliable individual to join our team as an HVAC Neighborhood Canvasser . In this role, you’ll represent Moss Heating and Cooling in local neighborhoods—engaging with residents, promoting our services, and generating interest in seasonal tune-ups, energy-efficient upgrades, and free consultations. Key Responsibilities

• Walk assigned neighborhoods and engage with homeowners face-to-face
• Educate residents about Moss Heating and Cooling’s services and promotions
• Generate leads by collecting basic homeowner information
• Schedule in-home estimates or inspections when appropriate
• Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude
• Accurately track and report lead activity

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Dependable, with reliable transportation
• Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
• Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
• Basic HVAC knowledge is helpful, but not required—we provide training
