Job Description

Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Mather, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating field operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to our customers. Responsibilities: - Coordinate incoming service requests by assigning field technicians promptly and ensuring accurate routing. - Communicate with customers to provide real-time updates, including technician arrival times, and maintain a positive customer experience. - Regularly update service portals with accurate call details, assign technicians, and create work orders for approved sales quotes. - Monitor and resolve outstanding service calls using the scheduling board to ensure timely and efficient task completion. - Review and manage payroll entries daily, making necessary adjustments to maintain accurate records. - Close maintenance work orders in the system once all required criteria are met. - Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Business Process Manager to support operational goals. Requirements - At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry or call center environments. - Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, including Excel and Word. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively. - A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a strong sense of initiative. - Technical proficiency in using headsets and navigating multiple computer systems for data entry and retrieval. - Familiarity with tools and systems such as CRM platforms, IBM AS/400, and other management software is a plus.
