We are seeking a proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, and relationship driven College Relations & Campus Recruiter to support the Human Resources functions for Voloridge Investment Management and Voloridge Health. This high-impact role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting and engaging early-career talent through strategic campus outreach, robust internship program management, and targeted employer branding initiatives. The recruiter will focus on building strong pipelines of top-tier candidates across a range of technology disciplines, including Data Analysts, Engineers and Architects, IT Administrators, Back Office professionals, and Software Engineers. The ideal candidate is passionate about cultivating meaningful relationships with students, university partners, and internal stakeholders, while serving as a brand ambassador for the firm. The individual will own and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process. In close collaboration with hiring managers, they will align early talent strategies with evolving business goals and objectives, ensuring we continue to attract and retain the brightest minds in the industry.
