As an Accounting Manager, you’ll ensure every financial package we deliver is timely, accurate, and tailored to restaurants’ unique rhythms. You’ll lead a team that supports multiple restaurant clients—coaching, reviewing, and refining our processes to keep them ahead. Know that you play a pivotal role in helping restaurant owners and managers run their businesses with confidence by providing accurate, timely financials

• Lead a team of accountants and bookkeepers to deliver financial clarity and peace of mind for multiple restaurant clients
• Oversee and review the full monthly close: reconciliations, journal entries, sales tax, and reports
• Spot GL inconsistencies and correct them before reports go out
• Train, mentor, and keep your team accountable to our restaurant-first deadlines
• Help EHS grow by continuously improving internal processes to boost accuracy and efficiency

• Ideally, 5+ years in accounting, including 2 years in a supervisory or review role
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality accounting, especially with multi-location operations, is a strong plus, and a passion for the industry goes a long way
• Bring your integrity and sharp technical accounting abilities—your finely tuned error radar doesn’t miss a thing
• Hands-on with QuickBooks Online, Restaurant365, and Toast POS
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, reconciliations, troubleshooting
• A coaching mindset—pride in developing others’ skills and confidence
• CPA or Accounting degree preferred, not required
• Flexibility to balance multiple clients, tight deadlines, and exacting detail
